The Leguee family has developed an obsession outside of farming itself – horsepower (and breaking things)!
Truck and tractor pulling is a high horsepower, but technologically advanced, motorsport that puts drivetrains to the test. These machines pull a sled as far as they can – while a weight box slowly moves forward, placing more and more weight directly onto the front of the sled.
As the front of the sled gets heavier, the pull gets harder. Whoever makes it the farthest wins!
We got started back in 2014 with a 2008 Dodge with a Cummins.
Today, while we’re still running that truck (we call it the Mad Farmer now), we’ve added a mini tractor called the Punisher and the Iron Man.
You can find us running these crazy machines all across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta (and even a bit in North Dakota) all summer long.
