Jake Leguee – President & Managing Partner
Jake loves growing crops: the science, the technology, and the biology of growing plants fascinates him every season. Along with farming, he loves writing, reading, and watching movies. More than anything, he loves spending time with his wife and four sons.
Sarah Leguee – VP of Grain Logistics
Sarah has always had a deep connection to the farm. She enjoys keeping grain on the move, whether hauling it herself, or keeping it all organized. Outside the farm, she loves cattle, regularly helping out at shows like Agribition. She also enjoys spending time with her many nieces and nephews.
Erik Nikolejsin – VP of Operations
Erik loves leading the team and getting tasks done. As a journeyman mechanic, he has a passion for solving problems. He loves watching and coaching his kids in hockey, ball, and whatever other activity they enjoy.
Russ Leguee
Russ worked hard to build the farm to the place it’s at today. He’s always loved farming, ever since taking over from his parents back in 1979. Driven to grow, he grew the farm rapidly in the 1990’s, raising cattle and grain.
He loves watching his grandchildren grow and enjoys mentoring his kids as they develop their skills and experience in farming.
Office and Operations
We are very proud of the amazing staff we have on our farm. Kristen keeps everything organized as our Controller in the office. Stephanie runs the social media pages and keeps everyone fed.
Francois, Henry, Ken, and Tinas help keep everything running in the field.
Farming should be fun. We make sure it is.
